I'm Muhib, founder of BuiltByMuhib. My journey started through athletics — playing high school football. That experience built my foundation for discipline, strength, and performance.
But like many people, I've faced setbacks — especially with lower back injuries. Instead of letting that stop me, I rebuilt my approach to training. I focused on proper movement, smart programming, and long-term sustainability.
Today, as a NASM certified personal trainer, I help busy individuals build strength, gain muscle, and move pain-free — without wasting time in the gym or guessing what to do.
